Leafdex 개인정보 처리방침

Leafdex(이하 "앱")는 대한민국의 개인 개발자 innerbuilder가 운영합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 여러분의 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다. 요약하면, 앱은 여러분의 폰 안에서 동작합니다. 계정이 없고, 여러분의 기록을 보관하는 서버도 없습니다. 찍은 식물 사진과 표본첩 기록은 폰 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.

1. 폰 안에만 저장되는 것

• 찍은 식물 사진. 카메라로 찍은 사진은 긴 변 2048픽셀로 줄이고, 위치 같은 숨은 정보(메타데이터)를 지운 뒤 앱 안 폴더에 저장합니다.
• 식물 판별. 사진 속 식물은 폰 안의 AI 모델이 알아봅니다. 판별을 위해 사진을 폰 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
• 표본첩 기록. 잡은 식물, 채집 날짜, 채집 위치(좌표), 오늘 남은 판별 횟수, 연속 기록일, 설정이 여기에 들어갑니다.
• 위젯. 홈 화면 · 잠금 화면 위젯이 같은 기록을 보여 주도록, 앱과 위젯이 함께 쓰는 폰 안 저장 공간에 요약(작은 사진 썸네일, 식물 이름, 채집 도시 이름 포함)을 둡니다. 잠금 화면 위젯을 켜면 잠금 화면에도 보입니다.

2. 카메라와 사진 앱

• 카메라는 여러분이 셔터를 누를 때만 사진을 찍습니다.
• 앱은 사진 앱(사진 보관함)의 사진을 읽지 않습니다. 도감에 없는 식물을 찾았을 때 여러분이 '사진 앱에 저장'을 누르면, 그 사진 한 장을 사진 앱에 더하기만 합니다.

3. 위치

• 여러분이 허락하면, 식물을 잡는 순간 위치를 한 번 읽어 그 기록에 붙입니다. 지도의 '내 위치' 버튼을 누를 때도 한 번 읽지만, 이때는 저장하지 않습니다. 위치를 계속 따라가지 않습니다.
• 좌표는 폰 안에만 저장됩니다. 다만 장소 이름(나라 · 도시 · 동네)을 보여 주려고, 좌표를 Apple의 위치 서비스에 보내 장소 이름으로 바꿉니다. 지도 그림도 Apple 지도에서 받아 옵니다. 이 처리에는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
• 위치 권한은 iOS 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 위치 서비스 › Leafdex에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 꺼도 식물은 잡을 수 있고, 지도에 자리만 남지 않습니다.

4. 알림

앱이 보내는 알림은 "무료 체험이 곧 끝나요" 하나뿐입니다. 연간 요금을 무료 체험으로 시작하고 알림을 켜 둔 경우에만, 폰 안에서 예약합니다. 알림 서버는 쓰지 않습니다. iOS 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

5. 결제와 RevenueCat

Leafdex+ 구독과 평생 이용권의 결제는 Apple이 처리합니다. 우리는 카드 정보나 Apple ID를 보지 않습니다. 구독 상태를 확인하고 구매를 복원하려고 결제 관리 서비스 RevenueCat을 씁니다. 앱을 열면 RevenueCat이 구독 상태를 확인하며, 이때 RevenueCat은 다음을 받습니다.

• RevenueCat이 만드는 앱 사용자 ID(무작위 값)
• Apple이 이 기기에 발급한 개발사별 기기 식별자(IDFV)
• App Store 구매 · 구독 내역과 상태(상품, 날짜, 갱신 · 해지 상태)
• 기기 · 앱 정보(기기 모델, iOS 버전, 언어, 앱 버전, App Store 국가)

사진, 위치, 표본첩 기록은 RevenueCat에 보내지 않습니다. 이름 · 이메일 · 카드 정보는 우리도 RevenueCat도 받지 않습니다.

국외 이전 고지(개인정보 보호법 제28조의8)

• 이전받는 자: RevenueCat, Inc. (미국) · 연락처 dpo@revenuecat.com
• 이전 항목: 위의 앱 사용자 ID, 기기 식별자(IDFV), 구매 · 구독 내역, 기기 · 앱 정보
• 이전 국가 · 시기 · 방법: 미국 · 앱을 쓰는 동안 · 암호화된 인터넷 연결로 전송
• 목적: 구독 상태 확인, 구매 복원
• 보유 기간: RevenueCat의 보관 정책에 따름. 삭제를 원하면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요
• 거부 방법과 효과: 앱을 쓰지 않거나 지우면 전송이 멈춥니다. RevenueCat 없이는 Leafdex+ 구매와 복원을 할 수 없습니다

6. 사용 통계와 오류 보고

이 버전은 사용 통계와 오류 보고를 보내지 않습니다. 처음 실행할 때 묻는 "어떻게 알게 되셨나요" 답도 보내지 않습니다. 앞으로 보내게 되면, 그 전에 이 방침을 고치고 앱 안에서 알립니다.

7. 계정 없음, 서버 없음

앱에는 로그인이 없고, 앱이 부르는 Leafdex 서버도 없습니다. 우리는 여러분의 기록을 볼 수 없으므로 찾아보거나 내보내거나 팔 수 없습니다. 지도 이미지 내보내기는 여러분이 iOS 공유 창에서 고른 앱과 사람에게만 보냅니다.

8. 판매하지 않습니다

개인정보를 팔거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다. 광고 SDK를 넣지 않습니다.

9. 어린이

Leafdex는 어린이와 청소년도 쓸 수 있는 식물 수집 게임입니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 결제는 Apple 계정으로 이뤄지며, 보호자는 iOS의 스크린 타임과 '구입 승인 요청'으로 결제를 관리할 수 있습니다.

10. 기록 지우기

기록은 폰 안에 있으므로 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. iCloud 기기 백업을 쓰면 백업에 앱 데이터 사본이 남을 수 있습니다(iOS 설정 › 내 이름 › iCloud › 저장 공간 관리에서 지울 수 있음). 사진 앱에 따로 저장한 사진은 사진 앱에 남습니다. RevenueCat이 가진 구매 기록의 삭제를 원하면 연락해 주세요. 이름이 아닌 무작위 ID로 저장돼 있어 찾으려면 구매 정보(Apple 영수증 등)를 여쭤볼 수 있습니다.

11. 여러분의 권리

여러분은 개인정보의 열람 · 정정 · 삭제 · 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 기록 대부분은 폰 안에 있어 여러분이 직접 관리합니다. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.

12. 안전 조치

폰 안의 데이터는 iOS가 보호합니다. RevenueCat과 Apple로 가는 데이터는 암호화된 연결로 보냅니다. 완벽하게 안전한 시스템은 없습니다.

14. 변경

이 방침을 바꾸면 위의 시행일을 고치고, 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 알립니다. 계정 · 서버 · 사용 통계를 더하게 되면 그 전에 이 방침을 고칩니다.

Leafdex Privacy Policy

Leafdex ("the app", "we") is operated by innerbuilder, an individual developer based in the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: the app works on your phone. There are no accounts and no server that holds your records. Your plant photos and collection records never leave your phone.

1. What stays on your phone

• Plant photos you take. Photos from the camera are resized to 2048 pixels on the long side, stripped of hidden metadata such as location, and saved in the app's own folder.
• Plant identification. An AI model on your phone recognizes the plant. Photos are not sent off your phone for identification.
• Your collection: the plants you caught, catch dates, catch locations (coordinates), today's remaining identifications, streak days, and settings.
• Widgets. A summary (including small photo thumbnails, plant names, and the city where you caught them) is kept in on-device storage shared by the app and its widgets, so the Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets can show it. If you add a Lock Screen widget, it is visible on your Lock Screen.

2. Camera and Photos

• The camera takes a photo only when you press the shutter.
• The app does not read your photo library. When you find a plant that is not in the collection and tap "사진 앱에 저장" (Save to Photos), the app adds that one photo to Photos. It does not read anything there.

3. Location

• With your permission, the app reads your location once, at the moment you catch a plant, and attaches it to that record. It also reads it once when you tap the map's locate-me button, without saving it. It does not track your location.
• Coordinates are stored only on your phone. To show place names (country, city, and neighborhood), the app sends coordinates to Apple's location service, which turns them into place names. Map images come from Apple Maps. Apple's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• You can turn location off at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Leafdex. You can still catch plants; they just will not appear on the map.

4. Notifications

The app sends one kind of notification: a reminder that your free trial ends soon. It is scheduled on your phone only if you start the yearly plan with a free trial and leave the reminder on. No push-notification server is used. You can turn it off in iOS Settings.

5. Purchases and RevenueCat

Leafdex+ subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. We never see your payment card or Apple ID. To check subscription status and restore purchases, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. When you open the app, RevenueCat checks your subscription status and receives:

• an app user ID generated by RevenueCat (a random value)
• a per-developer device identifier that Apple issues for this device (IDFV)
• your App Store purchase and subscription history and status (product, dates, renewal or cancellation state)
• device and app information (device model, iOS version, language, app version, and App Store country)

Your photos, locations, and collection records are not sent to RevenueCat. Neither we nor RevenueCat receive your name, email, or payment card.

Cross-border transfer: RevenueCat, Inc. (USA, dpo@revenuecat.com) receives the items above over an encrypted connection while you use the app, to check subscription status and restore purchases. Retention follows RevenueCat's policy; contact us to request deletion. You can stop the transfer by not using or by deleting the app, but Leafdex+ cannot be bought or restored without it. 6. Analytics and crash reports

This version sends no analytics or crash reports. Your answer to the first-run "How did you hear about us?" question is not sent either. If that changes, we will update this policy first and tell you in the app.

7. No accounts, no server

The app has no sign-in and calls no Leafdex server. We cannot see your records, so we cannot look them up, export them, or sell them. A map image you export goes only to the app and people you pick in the iOS share sheet.

8. We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. The app contains no advertising SDKs.

9. Children

Leafdex is a plant-collecting game that children and teens can use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (under 14 in Korea). Purchases go through the Apple account, and parents can manage them with Screen Time and Ask to Buy.

10. Deleting your data

Your records live on your phone, so deleting the app deletes them. If you use iCloud device backup, a copy may remain in your backup until you remove it (iOS Settings > your name > iCloud > Manage Storage). Photos you saved to Photos stay in Photos. To ask for deletion of purchase records held by RevenueCat, contact us. Because those records use a random ID rather than your name, we may ask for purchase details (such as your Apple receipt) to find them.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. Most of your data sits on your phone under your control. Contact us for any other request.

12. Security

Data on your phone is protected by iOS. Data sent to RevenueCat and Apple travels over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.

14. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app about material changes. If we add accounts, a server, or analytics, we will update this policy before they launch.
